Please bring the following documents with you to your immigration consultation. Remember: it is better to bring too many documents than to bring too few!
- Passport/I-94
- All immigration related cards: employment authorization, permanent residence card, etc.
- Any and all receipts, letters, documents or notices that you have received from Courts
- Any and all certified final dispositions of all criminal activity
- Anything that you believe may have an impact on your case:
- Birth certificates
- Marriage licenses/divorce decree/death certificates
- Medical records
- Copies of relevant educational degrees
